Oliver Crawford Smith / Oliver Bailey

For us, film making began as just a hobby, a way to pass the time after school or on weekends. However it soon grew into a passion that consumed us every moment of every day. If we were at school, or work we were thinking about films. If we weren't making films, we were watching them, soaking up every detail from our idols Scorsese, Tarantino and Ford Coppola (to name a few). In no time, our filmography began to grow and our editing, directing and camera skills became more refined with practice. We can now proudly say we have made seven short films in total, three of which were finalised at Tropfest and Under the Radar short film festivals. We have also made the final of the Benala, Popsicle, ShortPole London and the New York New Filmmakers Festival, and won awards at both Stuff It and the Sunshine short film festival. Our latest endeavour is our 70 minute feature film Westgarth which has been our most challenging yet rewarding project to date.
